With over 20 years as an HR leader, business owner, and former health practitioner, I’ve fine-tuned the art of navigating difficult conversations. My diverse background, from consumer goods to palliative care, instilled a deep understanding of the nuances and significance of meaningful dialogue.

By facing significant life challenges in my own personal life, I’ve honed the resilience and adaptability that can give leaders new perspectives as they uncover the strength to face their own interpersonal challenges head on.

As technology and AI continue to evolve, and with an increasing amount of our interactions occurring online, the nature of our communication is undergoing significant shifts. These advancements, while offering speed and extensive connectivity, are inadvertently stripping people of the skills to converse with compassion, confidence, and credibility. This absence of meaningful connection amplifies societal polarization, leading to widespread feelings of misunderstanding and isolation.

To address this, I created “The Meaningful Conversations Playbook™, a collection of skill-based Group, Team, and Individual Coaching services designed to increase meaningful connection by helping leaders master difficult conversations in the workplace. Leaders are well positioned to demonstrate the skills for effective conversations that will educate and inspire the leaders of tomorrow.

In addition to my work with business leaders, I take pride in working directly with young adults (ages 20-35) to foster a sense of independence and self-discovery so they can find the meaningful connection in society they deserve.
